Becky Baker Meet Becky | Co-Owner & Licensed Massage Therapist If your body has been whispering — or shouting — for relief, Becky is here to listen. As co-owner of Restored Body & Soul, Becky brings a whole-person approach to therapeutic massage. Her work is grounded in advanced continuing education in Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques through Erik Dalton’s approach, with a focus on postural imbalances, chronic pain patterns, and functional movement. Becky doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all massage. Every session is intentional and tailored — whether you’re navigating tension from long hours at a desk, recovering from repetitive strain, preparing for or recovering from pregnancy, or simply needing deeper physical restoration. Her work blends precision with presence. While myoskeletal techniques address structural patterns and muscular dysfunction, Becky’s calm, attentive approach helps create space for the nervous system to settle and the whole person to feel supported. Becky is also a Reiki II practitioner, offering Reiki both as an add-on to massage and as a standalone session. Her goal is simple: to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel more at home in yourself. If you’re ready to release what your body or nervous system has been holding, Becky would be honored to support your restoration.
Meet Tricia | Co-Owner If you’re here, you might be feeling stretched thin — wired, tired, and carrying more than most people realize. I know that place personally. After walking through my own season of burnout, I became deeply committed to helping others create more space for calm, connection, and restoration. As co-owner of Restored Body & Soul, I focus on nervous system regulation, Reiki, and workplace wellness. I’m a Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki practitioner offering both in-person and distance Reiki sessions, as well as workplace wellness experiences designed to help teams pause, reset, and reconnect. I approach Reiki in a grounded, complementary way. Sessions are gentle, non-invasive, and designed to create space for relaxation, quiet the mental noise, and support a greater sense of balance and well-being. I also work with businesses looking to bring meaningful wellness experiences into the workplace, from chair massage events to guided breathing, meditation, and other restorative offerings. In a culture that normalizes burnout, I believe restoration isn’t a luxury — it’s essential. If you’ve been holding it all together for everyone else, this is a place where you can slow down, breathe, and simply be.
